    At Attanasio & Associates, our mission is to deepen literacy instruction through the use of quality literature. Carefully selected informational and narrative texts are organized into classroom collections that are sure to intrigue and excite students.

    Connie Attanasio founded Attanasio & Associates over 35 years ago in 1985. Connie, an experienced educator and bilingual specialist, had a vision to provide outstanding materials for ELLs, ESL, bilingual, and Newcomer students that could not be found elsewhere. From that vision, Attanasio & Associates was born. We believe that experience is essential in choosing the right materials to support students at different stages of language acquisition and literacy development. Our K – 12 classroom collections reflect academic, cultural, and language diversity with books that are accessible and appropriate for learners at all levels.

    As an ARRA approved vendor we have been selected to provide custom collections in numerous school districts in New York, Chicago (Illinois), Los Angeles (California), Indiana, Washington, Texas, and North Carolina. Our prices are competitive, our books are of the highest quality, and our service is unparalleled. We are passionate about helping the ESL/ELL population, as you will see when looking through our many offerings.

    Attanasio & Associates is a publisher and book distributor with access to books from a variety of publishers. This allows us to choose from a large and varied selection of titles from different publishers on each level. All of our orders are shipped from our NYC warehouse in carefully packaged and labeled boxes. We do not backorder so your orders arrive complete and a school does not have to scramble to distribute loose books. When a title is taken out of print by the publisher, we replace the title with a similar topic of equal or greater value.
