• Prices included here are effective August 1, 2008 and are subject to change without notice.


• Orders from institutions must be sent by mail or fax on official purchase orders. We will accept telephone orders as long as a purchase order number is given. In these instances, when sending out a P.O., please indicate the following:

"Confirming Order Do Not Duplicate"

• Orders from individuals must be accompanied by a check and include shipping charges.


• Orders of less than $100.00 carry a minimum shipping charge of $10.00.


• A shipping charge of 10% is added to all orders in excess of $100.00. If orders are in excess of $5,000.00, please call our toll free number for lower freight charges.


• All orders are shipped via UPS or by truck, depending on the origination of the order and the quantity of materials.


• We do not ship via U.S. Mail Book Rate as we have no assurance your materials will arrive nor get a response for any claim if they don't.


• Any discrepancies must be reported within 10 days of receipt of your order.


• Materials which have been stamped cannot be returned or exchanged.


• When you need books in a super rush, call us or send a copy of the purchase order to us before you submit it for approval, In this way, we can prepare all the paperwork, pack the order, and have it ready to ship immediately upon receiving the official approved order.
