    Q: How long should it take to receive my order?

    A: Typically, orders take 21 – 28 business days. Special custom orders may take up to 45 days.

    A: You can fax (718 416-1838), email (liz@attanasio-edu.com), mail (Attanasio & Associates. 79-11  69th Drive, Middle Village, NY 11379) or submit your credit card order through our website (www.attanasio-edu.com).


    Q: What is the cost of shipping and handling?

    A: Shipping and handling is 10%. We do not charge sales tax. All materials are shipped UPS.


    Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

    A: Check, Money Order, Visa or MasterCard, School or District Purchase Order.


    Q: Can I design my own custom classroom collection?

    A: Yes, please contact liz@attanasio-edu.com (877-416 1833) with your request.


    Q: I need to rush my order. Can you expedite?

    A: Yes, when you need your materials in a hurry, please call our office with all of the details and we will assist you with the paperwork.


    Q: Who do I contact for a quote?

    A: Yes, if you need a quote, email liz@attanasio-edu.com with what you need; grade levels, subject matter, dollar amount you are looking to spend, or any other information that is pertinent. Include your contact information and your shipping/billing address. To request a quote by phone, please contact our customer service representatives toll free at 877-416-1833 with your request.


    Q: What if I wish to return any materials or if I receive a damaged book?

    A: Any discrepancies or damages must be reported to us within 10 days of the receipt of your order. Your satisfaction is a priority.

    Attanasio & Associates will accept returns under the following conditions:
    • Materials have not been stamped.
    • This is not a custom order.
    • You have notified us of the reason for the return and received approval.

    Q: Are your materials discounted?

    A: Yes! We offer a discount on all of our classroom libraries and collections.


    Q: How can I check the status of my order?

    A: We will begin processing your order as soon as it is received. You can email us at liz@attanasio-edu.com if you need to know a specific time frame. Since we purchase materials from a large list of publishers, we keep in constant contact with their customer service representatives so that your order is delivered on time.


    Q: How can I get a copy of your printed catalog?

    A: You can download a copy from our website www.attanasio-edu.com/catalog.
